MemoForge

MemoForge is a small tool I built to reduce the mechanical part of creating flashcards (copying text, drafting initial prompts, removing trivial duplicates).

Upload a PDF (or paste text / a URL) and you get an Anki deck draft with:

  • Factual Q→A cards
  • Cloze deletions
  • Term ↔ definition pairs

Current characteristics:

  • Supports PDF, raw text, basic HTML pages
  • Proposes factual Q→A, cloze and simple term definitions
  • Filters some obvious duplicates / low value candidates
  • Produces an Anki importable deck archive
  • Transient processing; minimal technical metrics retained

External link above leads to the live instance. Feedback and failure cases are welcome. If you want to try it directly: visit the MemoForge flashcard generator.
